The following words and phrases used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings as defined below:

2.2 Identity Verification

3.1 Age Requirement

To join six66s, users must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If a date of birth provided at registration is found to be false and the user is verified as a minor, the relevant account and all deposited funds will be cancelled.

3.2 Location Eligibility

It is the user's own responsibility to verify whether online gaming and betting activities are permitted from their current location. six66s is not responsible for any legal obligations relating to a user's location.

3.3 Restrictions for Professional Players

Individuals who can directly or indirectly influence the outcome of any sporting event (such as players, coaches, referees or officials) are strictly prohibited from placing bets on that specific event.

4.1 Deposit

4.3 Account Currency

six66s offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. By accepting these bonuses, the following terms automatically apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering or Turnover Requirements

A 25x (25 times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means a withdrawal from the bonus will only be possible after wagering an amount equal to 25 times the bonus.

• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games — six66s will specify which games qualify.
• If an attempt is made to withdraw the bonus before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — a new bonus cannot be accepted while one is already active.

5.3 VIP Program

six66s operates a four-tier VIP program for regular players:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

VIP tier advancement is determined based on a user's overall activity and loyalty.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of improper use of bonus offers is found, six66s reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, winnings and, if necessary, the entire account. This includes: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, transferring bonus funds between accounts, and attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets.

All betting and gaming activities on six66s are governed by the following rules.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless six66s identifies a specific error.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, six66s reserves the right to void or correct the relevant bet.
• six66s will not be held responsible for any loss incurred by a user due to loss of internet connection.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, various leagues), kabaddi and other sports. six66s publishes the specific betting rules for each sport separately.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, bingo, etc.) are operated according to the rules of the respective game provider. six66s uses proven and reliable software to ensure fair and impartial gaming.

6.4 Jackpots and Special Prizes

six66s publishes separate terms for progressive jackpots or special prizes. six66s reserves the right to change the amount or method of payment for such prizes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six66s platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds and winnings.

• Money Laundering: Any attempt to legitimise funds from illegal sources through six66s.
• Match Fixing: Deliberately influencing the outcome of a sporting event to gain an advantage from betting.
• Software Manipulation: Any attempt to influence the platform through bots, automated software, hacking or any other technical means.
• Collusion: An attempt by multiple players to manipulate game outcomes in their own favour.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple accounts or platforms with the aim of securing a guaranteed profit.
• Chargeback Fraud: Wrongfully claiming a refund through a payment method after deposited funds have already been used.

In the following circumstances, six66s may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or fraudulent.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• In accordance with instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.1 Account Closure at the User's Own Request
